Yes, we offer telemedicine services for appointments. A one-time in-person visit is required if testosterone or phentermine is prescribed.
Yes. Patients prescribed testosterone or phentermine must complete a one-time in-person visit prior to starting treatment. All follow-up appointments are conducted conveniently through secure telehealth.
UpCore Wellness operates on a monthly membership model, which covers ongoing support and management. Consultation and membership pricing can be found on our Pricing page. Treatment costs are separate and depend on the specific therapy and individual patient needs.

No. UpCore's weight loss program is medically supervised and designed for sustainable fat reduction while maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Our goal is to help you reach and maintain your healthiest weight safely and confidently.
Labs help your provider assess safety, identify underlying contributors to symptoms, and create a personalized treatment plan. Labs are ordered only when clinically appropriate.
No. Not every patient requires lab testing. Your provider will recommend labs only if needed for safe and effective care.
You may choose:
- An outside lab using insurance, or
- Clinic-managed labs coordinated by UpCore with in-clinic blood draw
Your option is confirmed after your visit.
- Insurance-based labs: $85 lab coordination fee (lab bills insurance separately)
- Clinic-managed labs: $225 (standard) or $275 (comprehensive)
Insurance coverage varies by plan. If any recommended labs are not covered, you may choose to proceed with clinic-managed testing or decline the uncovered tests.
Lab fees are charged only after your visit, once labs are reviewed and approved with you.
Clinic-managed lab pricing reflects laboratory coordination, specimen collection, processing, and results management. Pricing is fixed and not based on the number of tests ordered.
